*Ben fell backwards off the bed and scraped a decent-sized chunk of flesh from the back of his head, which I didn't notice thanks to all his hair until I realized there was blood on me and him. Near panic attack ensued (thank you for talking me down, Katie!). Then I had to talk Mar down from a panic attack of his own (thank you for your assessment help, J!). And this happened at 11:15pm or thereabouts.

*kicks 2009 again, just for good measure* Asshole.

This was one of a series of pictures I took of the Wind Farm out near Bungendore. However, my largest magnification barely picked them out, and it was too windy to swap in my 300mm.

I'm not sure about this photo. Something about it attracts me to it, but it also feels unbalanced. Part of it might be the fact it seems slightly rotated due to the curvature on the sign (due to the lens being at the widest angle setting). I'm really not sure.

I saw this butterfly silhouetted against my bedroom blinds. I tried three different 'treatments' of it.

kitrona @ 4:20pm: Still recovering from this weekend... Saturday I was out for 8+ hours shopping, which went over REALLY well with my body, believe me. And there were no motorized carts, either. Sunday I went to get Alex, 5 hours driving total. Monday night was solstice vigil, which was lovely and fun but terribly exhausting.

But I'm alive. :) Tomorrow is Christmas at my dad's, including delicious foods and white elephants, so I have to go wrap stuff. Later!
